Long time friends and Northwest Arkansas natives Nick, John, and Travis have shared a passion across all things motorsports. In Q1 of 2021, the team began a collaborative effort developing MARQUE Collection Suites (formerly known as Pinnacle Motor Complex) as a destination for the “enthusiast community”. The MCS vision is to create a high-end, family friendly, automotive luxury complex centrally located in NWA. The top tier concept will facilitate safe secure housing and community - event synergies while serving industry passions for all things automotive and marine.
Founder, Developer
Nick is a technology entrepreneur with an extensive background in analytics and data serving the vendor community. His current company Engine provides omni analytics and data science solutions for the Walmart vendor community. Nick is combining his love for cars, and his property development experience previously with Estates at Southgate, a high-end residential neighborhood in Rogers, into the Marque Collection Suites. He currently lives in Rogers with his wife, Shanna, and two young boys who already share his passion for things with 4 wheels!

Dan is a long-time waste industry executive known for his ability to rapidly scale businesses into a position of regional superiority. Dan's experience in developing, building, and acquiring infrastructure related to the waste and recycling company, CARDS, led him to meet Nick and the Marque team. They immediately began a friendship based on their shared passion for collector automobiles, aviation, and real estate investment. Dan lives in northwest Arkansas with his wife, Jessica, and their two daughters.
Co Founder, Development Lead
John has a background in business and operational management. His leadership experience extends across retail strategy and supplier operations supporting Walmart Inc. Historically he and Nick have collaborated on Estates at Southgate, Decision Science, and now Pinnacle Motor Complex. His automotive passion has spanned for decades focusing on vintage sports cars, fabrication, and racing. His wife, Melissa, and two daughters live in Bentonville, AR.
Operations Manager
Owner and operator of Ball Metal Fabrication; Travis Ball and team build ultra high performance vehicles and the mechanical systems surrounding them. His reputation has earned him a high degree of notoriety within the racing and automotive fabrication industry. His engineering skills are commissioned from across the country and are regularly seen at both active racing circuits (NHRA/IHRA/MMPSA) and builder events such as SEMA. His wife and daughter reside in Rogers, AR.
